In the realm of Database Management, I have extensive experience with SQL and Crystal Reports. Technical Analysis (Troubleshooting)

As a Technical Analyst, I have spent over 12 years troubleshooting a wide range of IT issues, from software and hardware malfunctions to network connectivity problems. I have developed expertise in supporting and resolving issues with operating systems such as Windows, MacOS, Linux, Android, and iOS. In my role at Farnell Packaging Limited, I provided first-level support, resolving user challenges via ticketing systems like Zoho Desk and ServiceNow. I used remote support tools like TeamViewer and FortiClient VPN to resolve issues efficiently without requiring on-site visits.

Additionally, I have a strong background in network troubleshooting, including installing and maintaining data cables, patch panels, and network hubs to ensure seamless connectivity within the organization. My expertise also extends to Microsoft 365 tools like Excel and Power Query, which I utilized to automate processes and improve user workflows.

Graphic Design

In addition to my technical and analytical skills, I have a creative side and am proficient in graphic design.
